this post is driven by my late afternoon facebook status post: amalea learned about the middle finger at school today.after a few responses from fellow friends, i commented on my own post: alas, tall man no more.
i learned something today that is giving me a "pressurey" feeling in my heart: i now know how it feels to realize that the innocence of your child is beginning to be lost.
earlier this evening, amalea nonchalantly said, "what's up, homedog?". really, please, answer me that, what IS up with my little girl?
